Matt Kretschmann

Matt Kretschmann | Shop Manager

As Shop Manager, Matt is involved in virtually every stage of the memorial process. From initial design and customer sales to hands-on sandblasting and final on-site installation, he ensures every monument is crafted and set with precision and care.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending quality time with his son. He is an avid rider who loves getting out on his Harley and riding dirt bikes, playing a round of golf, and capturing life through photography and video.

Jason Kirchner

Jason Kirchner | Memorial Specialist & Shop Craftsman

Jason plays an essential hands-on role in bringing each tribute to life. From stencil layout and precision sandblasting to shop preparation, delivery staging, and final monument installation in the field, he ensures every stone is handled with the utmost care and accuracy.

Outside of the shop, Jason spends quality time with his wife and five children. He is deeply involved in his local church, where he serves as choir director, sings, and plays guitar. In his free time, he enjoys riding his Harley, hunting, and tinkering with small engines.

Jess Magee | Memorial Consultant & Shawano Office Manager

As Manager of the Shawano office, Jess leads client consultations, creates custom memorial designs, and coordinates organization across all four location showrooms. Her compassionate guidance and attention to detail ensure that every family receives seamless care and a beautifully crafted tribute.

Outside of the office, Jess loves spending quality time with her husband and boys, hosting dinners with family and friends, working out, and trying out new recipes. A passionate photographer, she especially enjoys capturing moments at local harness racing events where her husband competes.

Le-Ann Albee

Le-Ann Albee | Memorial Consultant – Wausau (Norde Memorials)

As Memorial Consultant at our Wausau showroom (Norde Memorials), Le-Ann works closely with families to guide them through the design and selection process. Her artistic background and compassionate approach help clients transform personal memories and legacies into meaningful, custom granite tributes.

Outside of the office, Le-Ann cherishes time spent with her family and grandchildren. An accomplished artist, she also stays active outdoors kayaking, hitting the bowling alley, and pursuing various creative arts.

Tina Klaar

Tina Klaar | Memorial Consultant – Rhinelander Memorials

Serving as Memorial Consultant at our Rhinelander location, Tina provides thoughtful guidance and care to families designing a lasting tribute. Her compassionate, attentive approach helps ease the decision-making process, ensuring every memorial reflects the unique life and legacy of the person it honors.

Outside of work, Tina loves spending time in the great outdoors with her husband and three boys. Whether they are riding through local trails in their UTV, taking in live music performances, or simply enjoying nature, family time is always at the top of her list.

Joel Brost

Joel Brost | Memorial Consultant – Medford Monument

As Memorial Consultant at our Medford office, Joel brings patience, care, and practical expertise to every client interaction. He works closely with local families to help them navigate design options and create lasting, high-quality tributes to honor their loved ones.

Outside of work, Joel’s greatest joy is spending time with his wife, kids, and adoring grandchildren. An avid outdoorsman, he also spends much of his free time hunting, trapping, and enjoying the natural beauty of the area.

Julie Hartmann

Julie Hartmann | Memorial Consultant

As a Memorial Consultant, Julie works closely with families to offer thoughtful guidance and attentive care through every step of the design process. She takes pride in helping clients select and personalize meaningful tributes that honor the unique legacy of their loved ones.

Outside of work, Julie loves spending quality time with her husband, children, and their French bulldogs. She can often be found cheering on her kids at their sporting events, gathering with friends and family, or traveling to different beaches where she collects heart-shaped rocks.

Chad & Kristy Spaeth

Chad Spaeth | Co-Owner

As Co-Owner, Chad takes a hands-on approach to leadership, working directly in the field and the shop. In addition to sales and customer care, he is actively involved in sandblasting, setting completed monuments, and adding final death dates to existing headstones in local cemeteries. His dedication ensures every stone is treated with respect and precision from beginning to end.

Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. An avid outdoorsman, he loves riding UTVs, hunting, traveling, and spending time on the water—whether fishing, boating, or relaxing.

Kristy Spaeth

Kristy Spaeth | Co-Owner & Financial Manager

Carrying forward her family’s legacy in the monument business, Kristy co-owns Schneider Monument while overseeing financial operations, inventory, and custom memorial design. As a Memorial Consultant, she guides families through selecting granite and ordering stone, while providing crucial behind-the-scenes support—including stencil cutting and routing—to keep shop production running smoothly.

Away from the office, Kristy cherishes time spent with her husband and daughter, as well as gathering with friends and family. She enjoys riding UTVs, relaxing on the water, watching sunsets, and traveling to explore National Parks.
